Lucia La Bella
Investment Consultant - Melbourne, Australia
Lucia commenced her career in professional practice at KPMG in Adelaide. Her background as a chartered accountant has given her exposure to large corporate clients across varied industries, providing tax and accounting services, estate planning and corporate restructuring advice.
Over the past 10 years, Lucia has acquired a passion for the agriculture industry having worked at Elders Rural Services for 9 years in various departments including finance, real estate services, insurance, key account management and strategy and business development.
Lucia was an instrumental member of the key account management team at Elders managing corporate client accounts and developing specialised solutions tailored to her clients requirements. Most recently, Lucia has decided to work as an independent consultant assisting agribusinesses in Australia become investment ready and has worked on many deals involving foreign interests in Australian agricultural investments.

Greg Dunne
Greg held several positions with Westpac for 20 years, progressing from Legal Assistant, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, Senior Agribusiness Manager, and finally, State Agribusiness Credit Manager for SA, NT and Tas, based in Adelaide.
Greg changed employment in 2000, as he was offered the inaugural position of State Manager for Banking with Elders, based in Dubbo New South Wales. The purpose of this role was to oversee Elders application for a banking license and then implement a structure to support the growth of the overall business, which would incorporate all finance products.
Greg was employed with Elders for a period of 18 years, and during that time held several managerial and executive positions. These included State Manager Banking New South Wales, State Manager Banking Queensland, State General Manager Queensland, Northern Rivers NSW and Northern Territory. He also completed a secondment role as General Manager Elders International which had the responsibility for China, Indonesian, Australian Feedlots and Live Export businesses. His last position was General Manager Northern Australia and part of the Elders Executive Team.
Greg also has extensive experience as a Board Member including as a Director for several of Elders Subsidiary Companies and their Joint ventures.
Throughout his career Greg has gained an extensive working knowledge and strategic understanding of the Agribusiness sector. He has built a large network of friends and associates within the sector domestically and internationally.
